The Crazy Teens Crew

Welcome, everybody, we are The Crazy Teens Crew (TCTC) from Language Mood English Club (LMEC), Planet Earth. Our mission is to explore the English Planet; every week we go for a language trip on the planet to learn and discover how it functions. After several missions, our Team Lead (Danielle) and us, have decided to 'record' the fun, interesting and 'crazy' features of the planet. So, we came up with the idea of creating a database (blog) to store and share the data of our findings and learning with you, parents, our friends and other English Learners around the world. Each month, we will have a mission report (blog post) with all the fun missions we have been undertaking during the month.

But to start with, we would like to present to you TCTC from LMEC. From the activity, 'What's in a name?', we undertook during one of our mission; here's is a bio of each crew member.


Name: Maeva
Origin: Tahitian
Meaning: Welcome
About me: I am a very unusual person and I am 12 years old. I live in Albion and I have a little sister. I am a totally different person (weirdo-like) when I am with my friends. My goal is to travel around the world.

Name: Cerena
Origin: Australian, French and Nigerian
Meaning: Serene, calm, peaceful and cheerful
About me: Hi friends, I am 14 years old and live in Mauritius. I only live in positive vibes and flows. I am a travel lover and shopping addict!!! Don't forget that the most important is not what you are, but what you want to be!

Name: Mathilde
Origin: Scandinavian (from Germanic roots)
Meaning: Might, Strength & Battle
About me: I live in Albion, I am 13 years old and I like dancing. I'm very crazy because sometimes I invent a world that doesn't mean anything. Oh, and I like eating too.

Name: Yann
Origin: Hebrew (John & Johaness)
Meaning: God is gracious
About me: I am 15 years old and come from Planet Mc Donald. I live in Albion, Mauritius. I have a playful character and an interest in animals and nature. I like playing games, sleeping, watching NetFlix and playing with friends. My favorite color is dark purple.

Name: Ethan
Origin: Hebrew
Meaning: Strong and Long-lived
About me: People usually call me Tuc and I'm 14 years old. I live in Albion, Mauritius, Planet Earth. I am the future owner of Tuc Industries; that's my goal in life. Because it's good to live but better to live when you have goals to live to.

Name: Dawson
Origin: From Anglo-Saxon, spread to Celtic countries of Ireland, Scotland, and Wales in early times
Meaning: The Son of David
About me: I am a little bit crazy because I can just throw a book on my head to forget things. But I am also smart as I know how to hide in small spaces. I forgot to tell you that I am 14 years old and I live in Albion. I don't have brothers and sisters.

Meaning: God is my judge
About me: I am Danielle and the proud Team Lead of that fantastic crew. I love my role as TL; being the helping-hand guide to the crew's findings and learning on their weekly mission is my passion. I love dancing, singing and teaching. My goal is to inspire and empower all crew members to enjoy their language trips on the English Planet.
